Pediatric Massage ages newborn to 14

Pediatric Massages are available for newborn to 14 years old.  The younger the child the shorter the time!  But the benefits of massage are just as important for a little one as they are for an adult!  A baby who is colicky may sleep better as massage helps their tummies.  Think that just because your child is in a safety seat they don't feel the effects of a wreck?  Think again!  It hurts them too, even if you can't see any injuries!  A child who is fidgety, or "crabby", may actually ache and not be able to explain that.  Preteens, changing hormones!  Massage can help a restless mind!  So Yes!  Massage is for anyone and everyone!

Swedish Massage

Swedish is a full body, light to medium touch massage.  It is powerful enough to calm and relax as well as stimulate the circulatory system!  It can be used with many other modalities to enhance healing!

Aroma Massage

Your choice of 1 to 2 essential oils to be used through out the whole Swedish massage.  

Targeted Swedish

Used when relief is needed in a specific area but heavy pressure is to uncomfortable.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Targeted Deep Tissue

Deep tissue and NMT techniques are used in a specific area to give quick relief.

Soothing Stones Therapy

This is a very deep form of relaxation massage that utilizes warm stones. It’s combined with Swedish and deep tissue techniques for overall relaxation. Additionally, this can be used for targeting specific issues such as arthritic conditions and sore muscles.

Using a combination of Soothing stones and Deep tissue can create a deeper level of  over all relaxation to the body.

Chair Massage

In House Chair Massage:  A great way for being introduced to Massage Therapy without having to undress!  Excellent stress buster when you don't have time for a full body massage but have knots in the neck and shoulders!

Inversion Table

Inversion table usage helps decompress the spine by lubricating the joints and restoring moisture to the soft tissues. To decompress successfully, the spine needs a traction force of 60% of your body weight or a 60% inversion to reduce spinal compression. Progressive decompression is a natural way to realign the weight-bearing skeleton, promote good posture, and reduce pain.

Facial Massages

Targeted Facial Massage, available in 15 Minutes and 30 Minutes. We start with warm wet towels to open pores and loosen muscles, exfoliate with a gentle exfoliation and then work the facial muscles in a relaxation manner to help with fine lines, rejuvinate tired muscles and reoxigenate the muscle and skin cells!  Soothing stones are used towards the end to deepen the experience.

Aroma Wrap includes, dry brushing of skin surfaces, brushed on oil with your choice of Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Sweet Orange, Lemon, Lavender, or Peppermint added in,  There is no full body massage to this however you do get to choose between a scalp or foot massage during wrap process.  (This is a great way to compliment a massage!)
